Troop 526, proudly chartered by the Maricopa Live Steamers in Glendale, Arizona, recently reached a remarkable milestone in its history.
On April 13, 2026, Kyle T. became the 150th Scout in Troop 526 to earn the prestigious Eagle Scout rank. Founded on May 1, 1994, by parents from Pack 526, the troop began with just 11 Scouts and has grown into one of the premier troops in Scouting Arizona.
Troop 526 proudly congratulates Eagle Scout Kyle T. on this outstanding achievement. Earning the Eagle Scout rank represents years of dedication, leadership, service, and personal growth. Kyle now joins a distinguished legacy of youth leaders who have demonstrated the commitment and perseverance required to achieve Scouting’s highest honor.
Troop 526 celebrated its first Eagle Scout in April 1998 and reached its 100th Eagle Scout milestone in October 2016. With Kyle’s achievement, the troop has now reached an impressive total of 150 Eagle Scouts over its 32-year history.
The impact of Troop 526 extends far beyond its Eagle Scout count. Through the 150 Eagle Scout service projects completed over the years, Scouts have contributed more than 30,000 hours of service to their communities, leaving a lasting positive impact across Glendale, the Valley, and beyond.
As Troop 526 celebrates this historic milestone, it also honors the countless Scouts, volunteers, families, and community partners who have helped shape generations of young people into leaders of character, citizenship, and service.
