Scouts BSA Troop 329 for boys and Troop 3329 for girls recently came together to celebrate the conclusion of their spring season with a Court of Honor and potluck dinner.
Both troops are proudly chartered by Parent Teacher at Meadows in Phoenix. Troop 329 is guided by Scoutmaster Wesley Fuller, and Troop 3329 is serving under Scoutmaster Rachel Luman, who was presented with the well-earned Unit Leader Award of Merit.
The evening was filled with recognition and celebration as Scouts were honored for their rank advancements, merit badges earned, and the effort they put into a successful Scouting season. Families filled the room for the event, which also featured an engaging slideshow presentation highlighting activities, achievements, and memorable moments from the spring.
With the season now complete, both troops are now preparing for Camp Geronimo, following the successful completion of their Big G project.
“As the unit coach for both groups, I am incredibly impressed by the Key 3 leadership and parental support. The organization, partnership, and dedication to the Scouts and their families are truly inspiring. It is always a pleasure to attend meetings, get to know new families, and enjoy celebrations where youth and parents are recognized for their commitment to Scouting.
Thank you to the leaders, parents, and committee members for providing such a well-rounded program and mentoring these young leaders. It is a privilege to serve and support these two excellent units and their families.”Judy Walden, Unit Coach, T329 & T3329
