Congratulations to each of our 2024 Council Honors Award Recipients! What a fun and joyous event we all shared at the 2025 Recognition & Fellowship Day on February 8, celebrating Scouting’s 115th birthday and recognizing excellence in Scouting!
We were so happy to come together as Scouters in fellowship — celebrating their commitment to Scouting Arizona and the youth and adult leaders in all programs. What was most inspiring was the diversity of Scouting contributions, including leadership, committee participation, youth development, and community outreach, that each award recipient brought to this great youth development program over the years. Wow — incredible!
Thank you to Andy, Russ, and Mike, our Council Key 3 leadership team, for their full support of our volunteers, personally congratulating each award recipient with an accompanying photo. Thank you to Judy Walden and Mike Rooney for hosting and introducing our honored awardees. A special thank you to Ray Kimball for your great leadership in coordinating the entire day for everyone in attendance.
